In my 29 years as a PA, I’ve spent the last 10 years or so in PA education. I’ve used three other clinical management systems in previous roles, and we’re transitioning over to CORE in my current program.

We were evaluating four different systems and noticed an immediate response from CORE. The account rep was kind, efficient and went through all of the bells and whistles with our team right away. Our school of pharmacy was the first to implement CORE, and now we have several other programs transitioning to CORE. She was able to tie it all together and show us the benefits of having multiple colleges within a University on one system. 

I work remotely and depend on data management systems exclusively. I needed a system that would deliver throughout the entire clinical process - from the moment a preceptor expresses interest until the date of graduation.

CORE ELMS features will make my job a lot easier, and the fact the software is user-friendly for me is huge. 

With CORE’s automated email tool, I was able to send an email out to 211 preceptors and the information from the responses automatically went where it needed to be. I didn’t have to do anything with it! To do the same task with another software provider, we would have to send this information in spreadsheets and wait a month to receive the availability back.

During the transition and implementation to CORE, I was surprised by the decreased workload on my end. I expected to put far more work into the bulk data loading and assignment of data while moving everything from one system to another. Even evaluations were built out for me!

Communication with the client support team has been tremendously effective. They always respond promptly and are more than willing to problem-solve with me. It’s a wonderful process!

I am incredibly pleased with the CORE ELMS product. We are moving from another data management system to CORE, and it is as if the light switch was flipped on as we now see the efficiencies and quality we have been missing while using a different provider.
