Since adopting CORE ELMS in 2021, Brenau University’s Department of Physician Assistant Studies has dramatically streamlined operations and regained valuable time, reporting savings of over 10 hours weekly.

Previously, Brenau's PA program utilized a different software solution that fell short in meeting the comprehensive needs of their Physician Assistant education program. There was a need for a streamlined solution to organize clinical experiences, manage scheduling, and track evaluations. What features do you like best and why?

 “I use the reporting suite almost daily. The ability to sort and analyze data directly within the program saves significant time and effort…

The scheduling module is very easy to use! It's also very easy to just send an email to a preceptor if they haven't gotten their evaluation done. It's nice that the preceptor doesn't have to log in to do an evaluation. They already have 1,000 websites that they have to keep track of. 

I love the features that keep track of all of the students hours and their rotations. It's clean!"
