Our Site Prospector module plays a crucial role in simplifying this process by allowing students to research and submit their own sites and/or preceptors and facilitate an efficient administrative workflow to approve the sites, which reduces burden and maximizes departmental productivity.

2. The module expands the offerings in the Research Center within ELMS. Once a student has submitted a site/preceptor and has been approved through the Site Prospector workflow, this site/preceptor now appears in ELMS and can be viewed in the Research Center as a potential placement for future schedules by other students.
3. The module enables your institution to further develop its footprint and network.
4. It provides a mutual benefit for both students and the institution's administrators. Students have the freedom to look for sites that align with their interests and goals and submit them for approval, while the institution can streamline its vetting process.
