Join us as we explore the latest CORE ELMS enhancements, their impact on your program, and how to maximize their value. This interactive session will feature real-world use cases, live Q&A, and insights into upcoming features designed to streamline your workflows.

What's on the agenda?

  • Affiliation Management: Easily detect duplicate contracts and streamline contract imports. Soon, you’ll be able to auto-create ELMS requirements from approved contracts, saving time and reducing manual work.

  • Placements & Scheduling: Simplify scheduling with new preceptor approval workflows, shift-based availability, and improved faculty visibility. Coming soon: students and preceptors can review and sign off on activity plans directly in Site Prospector.

  • Evaluations: Expanded support for clinical faculty evaluations ensures a more complete assessment process. A major enhancement on the way: shared evaluations, allowing multiple preceptors or faculty to collaborate on a single evaluation with change tracking.

  • Reporting & Compliance: New tools to track faculty compliance, streamline Department of Education reporting, and generate credentialing packets. Soon, programs will also be able to track direct and indirect clinical hours by rotation type for more precise reporting.

Don’t miss this opportunity to stay ahead of key updates and ensure your program is ready to leverage these enhancements.
